In-person is the last un-fakeable thing.
SKOLA designs the gatherings algorithms can’t — rooms with a reason, and moments people remember being inside of.
Event execution and experiential design — intimate dinners, pop-ups, and product launches that actually feel like something.
Building the infrastructure and systems a team can run on its own, long after the last guest has gone home.
Celebration as strategy — the toast, the moment, the reason everyone remembers they were in the room.

SKOLA is the studio practice of Molly Bridges, an events leader based in New York. She has built and scaled events organizations at multiple high-growth technology companies — most recently leading the events org at a Series D startup. She’s produced everything from intimate boutique experiences to company-wide productions.
Her specialty, and her preference, is the bespoke end of the spectrum: influential dinners, experiential parties, community-building cocktail hours, and the high-touch brand moments founders call her for when they want something that feels like something different.
SKOLA brings that sensibility to a wider table — part production studio, part operating system for the events a brand hasn’t figured out how to run yet.
